Travel nursing is just like any other job: it has it’s good side and bad side. But on all the other major websites, all you will hear is about the good. Because the other websites are owned and run by travel nurse companies that make money when you sign up as a travel nurse with them. They want to recruit you. We do not.
On this website we aim to give you all the pertinent information you need to decide if travel nursing is for you. And if it is, how to get everything you are due.
One thing we learned as new travel nurses was that you need to know how to negotiate and ask for everything you need. You cannot leave it up to chance that your travel recruiter will do everything in your best interest. They need to eat too. And the less they give you, the more they get to keep.

We love travel nursing. It has allowed us to travel and see parts of the country we might never have had the opportunity to see. And we designed this website so that new travel nurses could learn from our mistakes and not have to deal with the "bumps" in the road that we did, mainly because we didn’t know any better.
